Focaccia Breads
Ingredients:
-
2 c Water, tepid
-
2 pk Quick Yeast
-
2 tb Sugar
-
4 tb Olive Oil
-
1/2 c Salad oil
-
5 1/2 c Flour
-
1 ts Salt
Method:
-
Make a sponge with all ingredients using only half of
the flour.
-
Mix on low for 10 min.
-
Knead in remaining flour.
-
Allow to rise twice and press onto ungreased cookie
sheet.
-
Brush top with Olive Oil.
-
Top with chopped garlic.
-
Sprinkle with Rosemary and coarse salt.
-
Let rise again.
-
Bake 375 degrees for 30 min.
