Chicken and
Macaroni salad
Ingredients:
- Chicken Breast
boneless 2, boil and chop in small pieces
- Shell Macaroni 1
pkt
- Pineapple bits 1 small
can
- Almonds ½ cup, peeled
and broken in two
- White pepper ½ tsp,
powdered
- Sugar 1
tbsp
- Lemon juice 2
lemons
- White vinegar 2
tbsp
- Salad oil 1
tbsp
Method:
- Boil
the macaroni according to package instructions drain and
rinse in cold water. Combine the macaroni in a large bowl
with the pineapple bits and the syrup. Then add all other
ingredients and mix well. Chill for several hours. Tastes
best when very cold.
