Tropical Fruit salad

 

Ingredients:

  • Grape Fruits 2

  • Papaya 1 (peeled, deseeded and sliced)

  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp

  • Sugar 2 tbsp

  • Sprig mint 1 (leaves only)

Method:

  • Peel the grape fruits with a sharp knife, then cut into thin, round slices, arrange on a serving platter with the papaya, and sprinkle with lemon juice and sugar. Cover with cling film until ready to serve. Setter over the mint, just before serving.
