Bhindi ki Sabzi
Ingredients:

Okra ½ kg, wash and
drain, chop finely

Onions 4 medium,
finely chopped

Red chillies ½ tbsp,
crushed
-
Cumin seeds 1
tsp
-
Turmeric ½
tsp
-
Lemon 3
-
Green chillies 3
chopped
-
Oil ½
cup
-
Salt to
taste
Method:
-
Heat
oil in a karahi and fry onions till golden brown. Add okra,
red chillies, and turmeric and cumin seeds. Cook for a few
minutes stirring frequently. Then cover and cook for five
minutes. Sprinkle the juice of three lemons, green chillies
and salt. Serve hot with puri.
