Fried Brinals
Ingredients:
Method:
-
Wash
and slice brinjals. Spread out a newspaper and on it sifts
rice flour, red chili powder, black pepper and salt. On a
separate newspaper, spread a layer of sesame seeds. Coat
each slice of brinjal with the rice flour mixture and then
with the sesame seeds and deep fry in hot oil. Place them in
a dish lined with absorbent paper and serve
immediately.
