Stuffed Ladyfingers

 

Ingredients:

  • Ladyfingers ½ kg (chop off both the ends)

  • Fennel seeds 1 tsp

  • Whole coriander seeds 1 tsp

  • White cumin seeds ½ tsp (roasted and grind each)

  • Tamarind 5 tbsp (soak in 1 cup water and take out pulp)

  • Whole red chilies 6 pieces

  • Salt to taste

  • Dalda or your choice of cooking oil 1 cup

Method:

  • Mix all spices in tamarind pulp slit ladyfingers and stuff in all the mixture, fry till done.
